I need help understanding a nightmare I had last night. I had tatoos covering my body..?
Here is what happened, I had a terrible fight with my boyfriend. Last night when I was sleeping i had a crazy dream. In the dream... I went to a tatoo shop and had an african-american man tatoo the Virgin Mary in black and blue ink on my chest and arms (sleeves). I then was married to this man (never saw him before in my life but he was heavy-set), I then entered another scene (all in vivid color and i can feel things) where myself and my (caucasion, real-life) boyfriend walked over the brooklyn bridge and there were white flowers falling from the sky and i was upset that i forgot my camera, we then had to stand behind purple flowered bushes in a park and view a wedding where everyone was on marble pedistals almost like religious figures, but we had to view from behind this bush.
I am not a religious person in the conventional sense. I always dream in color and i feel things like pain and pleasure. This dream is really sticking in my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
